A BETTER ME IS A BETTER YOU

The Evolution of Bodywork: The Matcha Method

Over the past 13+ years, I’ve built a life and practice that allows bodies to move freely, nervous systems to relax, and practitioners to integrate this work into their own lives with intention and skill.

In The Evolution of Bodywork, I introduce the Matcha Method—a tested, comprehensive system I’ve refined through years of hands-on experience. While Thai massage has been a foundational influence since 2013, the Matcha Method goes beyond tradition, blending ancient techniques with modern principles grounded in body mechanics and practices like Judo.

This workshop isn’t just about learning techniques. I teach movement professionals, practitioners, and dedicated learners how to embody the principles behind every movement, so they can accelerate their growth safely, avoid trial-and-error, and truly live the work rather than just perform it. Students learn how to listen to the body, read its needs, and adapt techniques in real time, creating sessions that are both effective and sustainable for themselves and their clients.

In short, this workshop is designed to educate, mentor, and inspire you to move, think, and work at a higher level, giving you the tools, guidance, and experience to shortcut the journey and fully embody the Matcha Method in your practice.

Matcha Method TABLE FULL BODY (Toronto) JUNE 19-21

$950.00

This is a three day, Thai massage-inspired bodywork workshop reimagined for the table, blending traditional techniques with principles drawn from Judo and creative movement.

You’ll be guided through a thoughtfully designed sequence that works, giving you a clear, practical structure you can immediately apply. But beyond the sequence, you’ll learn how to move within it, adapt it, and make it your own.

You’ll explore a range of stretches and techniques in both supine and prone position – some traditional, others uniquely developed – all adapted specifically for the table. The focus isn’t on copying choreography, but on understanding how to move, transition, and respond with ease, precision, and flow.

This is where structure meets creativity. You’ll learn how to use your body more intelligently, how to create seamless transitions, and how to adapt each technique to the person in front of you so that your  treatments feel intuitive, effective, and deeply connected.

By the end, you won’t just leave with a sequence – you’ll leave with the understanding of how to evolve it, adapt it, and bring it to life on the table in a way that feels natural and effective.
